Refund Policy
All fees are due at the time of scheduling. EzPause provides a clinical video evaluation and, when clinically supported, completes the requested leave-certification paperwork. Because certification reflects the clinician's independent medical judgment, and because the decision to grant, deny, or designate leave rests solely with your employer — not with EzPause — EzPause does not guarantee that a certification will result in approved leave, and refunds are not issued based on your employer's leave decision.
Refunds are available only in the following circumstances
Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment
Full refund, or apply your fee to a new appointment.
No-show or cancellation within 24 hours
Your fee is forfeited.
No certification issued
If, after a complete clinical evaluation, your provider determines your condition does not meet certification criteria, you'll be refunded your fee less a $75 evaluation fee for the clinical visit already performed.
Our error
If your certification isn't delivered within the stated turnaround time due to an error on our part, that visit is refunded in full.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ezpause.com within 14 days of your visit.
